We want you to be completely satisfied with your Thermomix® purchase; if you are not entirely happy, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and components.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day window.
- 2.Pack Your Product
Carefully place the Thermomix® and all included accessories into the original shipping box to ensure the unit is protected during transit.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our service center inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
